Tray, shelf & trolley logistics for plant sales
A plant-sales platform that tracks stock and orders by the trays, shelves and trolleys the trade actually ships in.
The challenge
Horticulture trade doesn't sell in simple units — it moves in trays, shelves and trolleys, and the system has to understand them.
What we built
We modelled the real packing and shipping units into the commerce platform, so ordering, pricing and logistics all speak the trade's language.
The outcome
Orders now match how plants are actually grown, packed and delivered — cutting errors across the chain.
